Terms and Conditions



1.  General

1.1           All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

1.2           All quotations are valid for thirty (30) days only.

1.3           Rates are applicable from 1 June 2010 and are subject to change without notice.

1.4           eAdministration is not required to be registered for GST.

1.5           eAdministration will require a signed Agreement before undertaking any project.  The Agreement may be terminated within 30 days written notice by either party.

1.6           For hourly clients a minimum upfront payment of 1 hour is required to begin a project, after which you will be billed in 15-minute increments.

1.7           With the exception of the registration of a new client, any time undertaken for the client, including liaison by telephone, fax, email, or at the client’s premises, will be subject to the appropriate hourly rate.

1.8           eAdministration is not responsible for the end use of any document produced or edited by us.  Clients are solely responsible for its appropriate use.  eAdministration reserves the right to return or refuse to undertake any work which involves material deemed to be illegal or immoral.

1.9           Client details held by eAdministration will remain confidential and never knowingly made available to third parties without express permission from the client.

1.10       eAdministration agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information with respect to the business of the Client, which has been obtained, except as may be necessary or desirable to further the business interests of the Client.  The Client may request a Confidentiality Agreement before commencement of work, if required.

1.11       Final responsibility of the proof reading and checking all the work supplied lies with the client.  In the unlikely event that you find any errors within seven (7) days of receipt of the completed works, then amendments and alterations, will be rectified free of charge.

1.12       For insurance and safety reasons, personal visits to eAdministration cannot be permitted.

1.13       Due to computer viruses, all incoming e-mails will be scanned.  However I will not open any unsolicited attachments to e-mails, or emails that look suspicious, or contain no subject headings, or contain no message with the attachment.

1.14       All work will remain on file for a period of 6 months after which time it will be deleted/destroyed unless specifically instructed otherwise by the client.

  1. 2. Charges

2.1           eAdministration charges a standard hourly rate of $35.00 for work undertaken on an ad-hoc basis.

2.2         A minimum of 1 hour is charged for each new project and the remainder billed at 15 minute increments.

2.3         eAdministration may request a 50% deposit from new clients prior to commencement of work.

2.4         eAdministration reserves the right to submit a revised quotation should the client’s original requirements alter both before commencement of the work or during the assignment.

2.5         Additional expenses, i.e. stationery, printing, packing and postage, phone calls etc incurred on behalf of the client will be charged at cost and invoiced accordingly.

2.6           For any work estimated at over $100.00 eAdministration reserves the right to request a 50% payment prior to undertaking the project.

2.7           For all new clients eAdministration, reserve the right to request the full quoted amount, prior to undertaking the project.

  1. 3. Invoices and Payment

3.1     An invoice will be submitted to the Client within seven (7) days of completion of the work

3.2     Payment terms are strictly seven (7) days from the date of the invoice.

3.3     Failure to pay the full amount within seven (7) days will result in interest being charged at the rate of 5% for each business day thereafter on outstanding balances.

3.4     Preferred payment is to be made by EFT (electronic funds transfer) details of which will be made available on acceptance of work.  A cheque may be accepted with prior arrangement.  However, should a cheque be returned by the bank, then the client is responsible for any bank charges incurred.  Credit card facilities are also available through PayPal.
