A virtual assistant is a highly trained independent business professional that can save you and/or your company time and money.

Virtual Assistants have adapted traditional skills to a virtual marketplace by making use of all forms of communication such as regular mail, telephone, fax, email and the internet.

A Virtual Assistant is the NEW style of Office Assistant.  You may know them as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Assistant or even an Office Manager.   Virtual Assistants (VAs) are self employed professionals who provide professional administrative, creative, business office and/or personal support services to an array of clients such as new businesses, micro businesses, small businesses, clubs and organisations and even individuals.

A Virtual Assistant is a new administrative profession.  Although the term “Virtual Assistant” is not widely recognised in Australia it is becoming more popular across the globe, because it is so cost effective.
